Filmmaker Sanjay Gupta, known for ‘Kaante’, ‘Shootout at Lokhandwala’ and ‘Zinda’, died on Saturday at 59. His last X post, 10 days earlier, showed him building a Lego set with daughter Dalia. Ashoke Pandit cited a head injury; the cause isn’t officially confirmed. His final film was ‘The Miranda Brothers’ (2024).
