Sara Ali Khan and her mother Amrita Singh have secured a five-year lease agreement with Upsurge Labs LLP. Their new office, located in the Signature building along Veera Desai Road in Mumbai, boasts a spacious carpet area of 2,545 sq ft. The lease begins with a monthly rent of Rs 5,85,350, which will increase by 5% each year.
