Sudan’s paramilitary Rapid Support Forces said Sunday they had seized the army headquarters in El-Fasher, the last major urban centre in the western Darfur region outside their control. It would also bring under RSF control all five state capitals in the vast Darfur region, where the paramilitary group has established a parallel administration.
