The Krishna Kubja Temple in Mathura is famous for healing skin diseases. The 500-year-old temple has a unique idol of Lord Krishna with Kubja. According to legend, Krishna transformed the hunchbacked Kubja into a beautiful woman and cured her of her skin diseases. The temple, currently closed due to pollution, is being restored by donation centers.
