A car driven by an 18-year-old allegedly went on a nine-km rampage in Keralam’s Kottayam on Tuesday, ramming several vehicles and knocking down a scooter-borne woman before continuing on a burst tyre with sparks flying. Motorists chased and blocked it near Thengana junction. Police took driver Gokul Vinu into custody and suspect he was under the influence of an intoxicant.
