Eugene Henley recently came under scrutiny for duping NBA players out of $40,000 via his Non-Profit Organization. Previously, he assisted two NBA All-Stars in recovering $6.5 million lost in a rigged gambling game with a professional boxer, charging them $100,000 for his services.
