A 14-year-old boy was questioned by police after an alleged dispute with a security guard over drinking water outside a Cuffe Parade building. The boy, returning home late, was reportedly denied water by the guard, leading to an altercation where the boy sustained a head injury. He was later handed over to his grandmother. Residents’ association president claimed the boys threw stones after being refused entry.
