A Division Bench comprising Justice Ninala Jayasurya and Justice T.C.D. Sekhar held that the boy, who was born on 12.09.2008, was a minor on the date of the offence and was therefore required to be dealt with under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.
