Paul Wight, better known as Big Show, has recalled the Backlash 2003 moment he believed he seriously injured Rey Mysterio during a failed stretcher spot. Wight said the sequence, which he had suggested, went wrong when he lost control of the stretcher mid-move, leaving him panicked while still performing. He later feared the worst, rushed to the hospital, and considered quitting WWE if Mysterio had been badly hurt.
