A 24-year-old man, Taufiq Ansari, was fatally attacked with sharp-edged weapons near Chadra bridge in Giridih district. He was lured to the spot by an acquaintance and subsequently assaulted by a group of men following a confrontation. Ansari reportedly named his alleged attackers before succumbing to his injuries, with preliminary investigations pointing to personal enmity as the motive.
