Odisha Congress is exploring a joint strategy with BJD for a consensus candidate in one of the four Rajya Sabha seats. State Congress president Bhakta Charan Das sought a meeting with BJD chief Naveen Patnaik to discuss the proposal, aiming to secure the fourth seat which neither party can win independently.
