DDA resolves nearly 20,000 complaints, cuts pendency by over 85%

The Delhi Development Authority has resolved nearly twenty thousand public complaints. Pending grievances have fallen by over eighty-five percent since the year began. This improvement followed directions from Delhi Lieutenant Governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu. Public hearing sessions are now held without requiring prior appointments. The authority continues to monitor complaints to prevent future accumulation.
