The Enforcement Directorate has alleged that Gyanendra Kumar Gangwar facilitated the leakage of an examination question paper. Gangwar was arrested while being investigated for irregularities in the Karnataka Public Service Commission exam. The ED revealed that candidates paid Rs 30-40 lakh for access to the leaked paper. Some candidates were taken to a resort to memorize answers before the exam.
