S Vasudevan, the chairman of Ozone Urbana Infra Developers Pvt Ltd, was arrested for alleged homebuyer fraud. The Enforcement Directorate conducted an investigation after multiple FIRs were filed against him and the company. Allegedly, the company failed to deliver apartments despite receiving significant payments from customers for pre-bookings. The ED claims that the total amount defrauded from homebuyers is approximately Rs 927.22 crore.
