In Nashik, 21-year-old Vaishnavi Aware was stabbed to death by her former live-in partner, Sahil Lavhare, after an argument. Sahil fled and later committed suicide by hanging himself. The victim, who had recently ended their relationship, was reportedly being harassed by the accused. Nashik police are registering an official FIR.
