Former CIA official who admitted to $194 million government fraud spent $102 million on Florida real estate, including two Palm Beach homes, a Palm Beach parcel and a Hobe Sound parcel

Former high-ranking federal employee David J. Rush, 49, has pleaded guilty to wire fraud after allegedly defrauding the US government of approximately $193.6 million. Prosecutors say he spent $102 million on four Florida properties, including two Palm Beach homes, and acquired gold bars, cash and luxury assets. He faces up to 20 years in prison.
