Manoj Kumar, a retired IAS officer, has been appointed as Tripura’s new state election commissioner. This appointment follows the completion of the tenure of the erstwhile commissioner, Saradhindu Chaudhury. The notification was issued by the rural development department secretary, Abhishek Singh.
