The Madras High Court has announced that AIIMS Madurai will officially launch its full outpatient services on January 1, 2027. Preparations are underway for this significant start. A public interest litigation from 2021, which requested a temporary campus for outpatient care and MBBS courses, was recently dismissed by the court, while other AIIMS facilities have already commenced classes and outpatient services.
