A key suspect in the murder of hotelier’s son Vineet Rai, Kamlesh Chaudhary Bind, was killed in a police encounter in Ghazipur. Bind, carrying a Rs 1 lakh bounty, was wanted for the May 29 shooting. The encounter also injured a police officer. The mastermind, Shankar Pandey, remains at large.
