Actress Haylie Duff and fiancé Matt Rosenberg have ended their 12-year engagement. The couple reportedly called it quits earlier this year. Duff is seeking privacy for her two young daughters. They were together for over a year and a half before getting engaged in 2014. Their wedding plans were previously postponed.
