The Patna High Court has rejected former RJD legislator Ritlal Yadav’s plea to be moved from Bhagalpur jail back to Beur jail. Yadav, facing charges of land grabbing, extortion, and money laundering, had challenged the extension of his transfer order. The court dismissed his petition, upholding his continued stay in Bhagalpur prison.
