Delhi High Court has summoned Sunjay Kapur’s wife, Priya Kapur, and his children from Karisma Kapoor, following a lawsuit by his 80-year-old mother. She alleges the ‘RK Family Trust’, formed after Sunjay’s marriage to Priya, was created using forged documents. The mother seeks to declare the trust null and void, preventing its use.
