Former India cricketer Mohammad Kaif has backed Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma to play in the 2027 ODI World Cup, citing Rohit’s fitness, passion and improved batting approach. Kaif also believes India will be favourites for the tournament, with most members of the 2023 World Cup squad, including Bumrah, Gill, Rahul, Iyer and Kuldeep, expected to remain part of the team.
