Shilpa KS, from Karnataka, will make her Commonwealth Games debut in the Women’s Shot Put F57 after a rapid rise since switching from sitting volleyball to athletics in 2023. With a personal best of 7.09m, she has won 11 international medals, dominated nationally, overcome financial hardship, and enters Glasgow 2026 as part of India’s medal-contending para athletics squad.
