The Jharkhand government is establishing nine working women’s hostels across the state over the next two years, allocating Rs 175 crore for the project. These facilities, ranging from 100 to 500 beds, will be constructed by JIIDCO and managed by JIADA, aiming to provide safe and affordable accommodation for the female workforce, particularly those in industrial areas.
