Ulwe police registered an FIR against a developer and contractor for negligence. A 23-year-old labourer died after falling from a building’s fourth floor. The deceased labourer was identified as Mukesh Kumar Ramnath from Uttar Pradesh. He fell after a material lift collapsed due to a mechanical fault. The accused allegedly failed to provide safety gears to the victim.
