Liam Payne’s son becomes the sole beneficiary of USD 41 million real estate

Liam Payne’s substantial fortune, estimated at USD 41 million, will now go to his nine-year-old son, Bear Gray Payne. Following the singer’s untimely death without a will, the High Court has approved the arrangement. Under UK law, Bear will inherit the real estate upon turning 18, with the assets placed in trust until then. His former partner, Cheryl Tweedy, and a lawyer have been appointed administrators of the estate.
