A notorious looter, Vishal alias Algu Yadav, was apprehended after a police encounter in Sonbhadra. He suffered a bullet injury in the leg while attempting to flee on a motorcycle and exchanging gunfire with the police. Authorities recovered a country-made revolver and motorcycle from him.
