Jahangirpuri police have arrested Firoj Alam for snatching a mobile phone from a deaf and mute man. An eyewitness, who sustained a minor knife injury while intervening, helped identify the accused. Alam, with a prior record of robbery and Arms Act offenses, was apprehended after CCTV analysis and local intelligence. Efforts are underway to recover the stolen device.
