On the occasion of Constitution Day, Manipur’s Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla called upon the youth to embrace their constitutional responsibilities and foster unity within the community. Reflecting on BR Ambedkar’s ideals of equality and individual rights, he reinforced that the success of any constitution depends on the commitment of its citizens.
