The Manipur government has ordered all educational institutions to remain closed from August 20 to 23, citing the prevailing law and order situation. The decision comes amid a 48-hour shutdown by the Campaign for Just and Fair Delimitation over its demand for an NRC before the Census. Census-related training activities have also been affected.
