Four new ‘Namo Cities’ will be built across Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan. These cities will receive Rs 5,000 crore in central aid over five years. The National Capital Region’s area will remain unchanged. These developments aim to accommodate a projected population increase to 15 crore in 15 years. The plan focuses on balanced urban growth and improved infrastructure.
