Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay launched the Kamarajar Breakfast scheme for middle school students. He served pongal, sambar, and sweet while having breakfast with them. This scheme now benefits 15.30 lakh students across the state. A sum of ₹217 crore was allocated for this financial year’s extension. Ministers Anand, Arjuna, and Rajmohan accompanied the Chief Minister during the event.
