Punjab’s health minister and the opposition leader debated over a non-functional oxygen plant in Dhariwal. The health minister termed it a ‘white elephant’ and stated it will be operational by March. The opposition leader stressed it could have been made functional earlier. The plant faced issues due to missing stabiliser and guarding problems.
