Veteran actor-politician Raj Babbar paid an emotional Instagram tribute to late wife Smita Patil on her 71st birth anniversary, hailing her “rare sensitivity” and artistry. The couple met on Bheegi Palkein in 1982. Smita died in 1986, weeks after son Prateik’s birth. Her last film was Galiyon Ka Badshah.
