In Indore, a retired Army havildar named Neeraj Rahane allegedly shot a youth named Rakshit during a dispute. The argument began over right of way to a local garba event with Neeraj’s son involved. Neeraj arrived with his service pistol after hearing about the dispute and fired multiple rounds. Rakshit was shot in the abdomen and later died during treatment at a hospital.
