Emergency teams responded to a building collapse near South Campus after SOS calls. Nearly a dozen people were extracted from the rubble by late evening operations. Four individuals were declared brought dead, and one succumbed during treatment at AIIMS. Students and labourers were among those injured, with some undergoing necessary medical treatment. Delhi CM Rekha Gupta ordered a magisterial inquiry into the grave incident.
