Saudi Arabia: Riyadh streamlines city services, swaps 16 municipal offices for 5 regional zones

Riyadh has launched a major municipal reform, abolishing 16 local offices and restructuring city management into five geographic sectors. Central to the plan are new Madiniti service hubs, designed to provide seamless, resident-focused municipal services. This comprehensive transformation aims to improve efficiency, enhance service quality, and support Riyadh’s rapid growth and global ambitions under Mayor Prince Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf.
