Sexual harassment complaint in shared auto can’t be probed under POSH Act, Bombay high court rules

The Bombay High Court has nullified an SBI internal committee’s findings on a sexual harassment complaint. Justices ruled a shared autorickshaw, not provided by the employer, doesn’t constitute a ‘workplace’ under the POSH Act. The court clarified it didn’t assess the allegations’ truth, only the committee’s jurisdiction.
