Shaquille O’Neal transitioned from the NBA to actively supporting education and community development. As the Director of Community Relations for the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, he initiated the ‘Shaq-to-School’ program and contributed a $24 million youth complex in Las Vegas to assist underserved kids.
