Shruti Shrivastava faced multiple failures in her pursuit of a civil service career. After struggling for years with UPSC exams, she found a new purpose. She took over the Sashaktikaran Foundation, which focuses on empowering rural children through education. Project Neev was launched, reaching around 900 children in government schools and residential hostels. With the help of local women, the organization aims to strengthen the existing public education system.
