Sunita Oraon, a gold medal athlete, sweeps floors at the sports directorate for eight years. She earns a meager salary and struggles to meet basic needs monthly. Oraon represented Jharkhand in throwball and volleyball competitions, winning multiple medals. She has appealed to the Chief Minister for a permanent job and dignity. Another athlete, Amardeep Kumar, drives a cab and sells vegetables.
