Alt-pop singer D4vd, 20, has been arrested in Los Angeles on suspicion of killing 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Her decomposed body was discovered last year in an abandoned Tesla registered to the Houston-born artist, whose legal name is David Burke. Police are presenting their case to prosecutors for charges on Monday, with the singer currently held without bail.
