The Karnataka government will release the final electoral roll on October 27, concluding the special revision exercise. A total of 2,936 additional assistant electoral registration officers have been assisting in the electoral process since August. Their primary responsibilities included handling claims, objections, and verifying voters’ documents for the electoral rolls. The mop-up drive will continue with the remaining electoral registration officers and booth-level officers.
