Bollywood actor Sonu Sood has entered into a five-year rental agreement for a commercial property in Versova. The agreement is valued at Rs 3.52 crore, with a monthly rent starting at Rs 5 lakh. The monthly rent will increase annually, reaching Rs 6.80 lakh by the end of the term. Additionally, a security deposit of Rs 32 lakh was part of the transaction.
