Ukraine’s parliament appointed Serhii Koretskyi as the new prime minister. Hundreds protested President Zelenskyy’s dismissal of the defence minister. Outgoing minister Mykhailo Fedorov declined an advisory role. Fedorov was recognized for modernizing military technology and drone development. Protests occurred in Kyiv and other major Ukrainian cities.
