The Bombay High Court nullified the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority’s (MMRDA) decision to terminate Systra MVA Consulting’s contract for the Mumbai Metro project. The court has instructed MMRDA to reconsider the discontinuation by issuing a reasoned order. MMRDA must now take a fresh decision regarding the contract awarded to Systra MVA.
