In Navi Mumbai, the death toll increased to two after a vada pav stall owner passed away from severe burn injuries sustained in an SUV accident, nine days prior. The young driver responsible was swiftly arrested post-incident but was subsequently granted bail by the Panvel court. The victims, now remembered, are Ramdulare Gupta and Nadeem Khan.
