Young sailors from Nagapattinam won the Optimist Green Fleet Trophy after minimal training. The FOTNA Sailing Cup 2024 featured around eighty sailors competing across six boat classes. Stronger winds on the second day produced fast and exciting racing for all participants. The Indian Navy and Royal Madras Yacht Club tied in the J/80 class. Rear Admiral Upal Kundu presented medals and congratulated the successful event organizers.
