In Gurgaon, a female motorcyclist has accused car driver Kalyan Bainsla of intentionally targeting her along Golf Course Road. Arrested by police, Bainsla now faces an attempt to murder charge after CCTV footage captured him signaling her to stop before colliding with her bike. Initially, he stated the crash was accidental and fled out of fear.
